Israeli architect and designer of Austrian origin. He was born in Vienna. He helped to design the parliament building in Belgrade. In 1924 he emigrated to Palestine, settling in Jerusalem. He designed public buildings and private houses, and later concentrated on town planning. He also produced drawings of the countryside around Jerusalem.
