Schreiber, Abraham Samuel Benjamin (Ketav Sopher)
(1815-75)
   Hungarian rabbi, son of Moses Sopher. He succeeded his father as head of the Pressburg yeshivah, and became a leading critic of religious reform. He was known as 'Ketav Sopher' after his collection of responsa, Bible commentaries, and talmudic glosses of that name.
