Tobiah ben Moses
(fl. 11th cent)
   Turkish Karaite scholar, biblical exegete and liturgical poet. After studying in Jerusalem under Yeshuah ben Judah, he lived in Constantinople. He translated the Arabic works of his sect into Hebrew. His writings include Yehi Meorot on the biblical commandments, Otzar Nehmad on Leviticus, and Zot ha-Torah on the Pentateuch.
