Budko, Yoseph
(1888-1940)
   Polish painter and graphic artist. He was born in Plorisk then lived in Berlin from 1910 to 1933, when he settled in Jerusalem. He served as director of the Bezalel School of Arts from 1935. His work was influ-enced by eastern European Jewish life and scenes in Jerusalem.
