Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU)

European Union

Formerly known as the EC Treaty, the Treaty of Rome or the Treaty establishing the European Community. The TFEU was given its name and amended by the Lisbon Treaty. The TFEU sets out organisational and functional details of the European Union.
