The party to a derivatives contract charged with making certain calculations and determinations related to the transactions entered into under that contract. The calculation agent is typically designated in the Schedule to the ISDA Master Agreement and therefore acts as calculation agent across all of the derivative transactions entered into by the parties under that ISDA Master Agreement.
