adrenal pseudocyst
a cyst of the adrenal gland with no epithelial or endothelial lining, often with thick, irregular walls; it results from adrenal hemorrhage or develops within an adrenal neoplasm. Predisposing factors include trauma to the neck, infection, bleeding diathesis, embolism, aneurysm, or, in infants, anoxia.
