Mount McKinley [Mount McKinley]
the highest mountain in North America, with a height of 20 320 feet/6 198 metres. It is in ↑Denali National Park in southern central ↑Alaska, where it is also called Denali (which means ‘the Great One’). The mountain was named after US President William McKinley, and it was first climbed in 1913.
