Menichetti, Roberto
(1967- )
   Italian-born Menichetti began his career at Claude Montana. He moved to Jil Sander as its menswear designer from 1993 to 1997. In 1997, Rose Marie Bravo hired him to revive the high-end Burberry Prorsum collection and together they turned the company into a successful luxury brand. Known for innovative fabrics and motocross inspirations, his look is both modern and chic. Menichetti left Burberry in 2001 to become creative director at Celine, but left after only two seasons. He went into business for himself in 2004.
